We are a local pickup farm. Everything we raise is picked up here in Conway, Pennsylvania. Here is exactly how that works, start to finish.
Step one, order online
Place your order on the site. Pork, chicken, eggs, and honey are listed with current availability. If something is sold out, it is genuinely sold out rather than hidden inventory.
Step two, we text you
After your order comes through, we reach out by text to coordinate a pickup time that works for both of us. We are a working farm, so we do not keep retail hours, and we would rather set a real time than have you drive out to an empty lane.
Step three, we set it aside
Your order gets pulled, packed, and held frozen or refrigerated until your pickup window. Nothing sits out waiting.
Step four, you come get it
Pull in, we hand it off, you are on your way. Most pickups take a few minutes. If you want to see the animals and we have time, we are usually glad to walk you out.
What to bring
Why we do not ship
Shipping frozen meat means dry ice, insulated packaging, expedited freight, and a real chance of a thaw in transit. It roughly doubles cost and adds risk we cannot control. We would rather keep the price honest and hand it to you directly.
Timing and reschedules
Life happens. If you cannot make your window, just text us and we will coordinate another time. We are not going to forfeit your order over a scheduling conflict.
If you want to visit longer
Coming out just to look around is a different thing than a pickup, and we do host visits. Farm visits require a signed waiver, since a working farm has real hazards. Details are on the visit page.
