Bryant Creek Heights sits on over 40 acres of rolling pasture in Conway, Pennsylvania. Michael Bryant is the owner-operator of Bryant Creek Heights. We bought this property with a vision to raise our three kids close to the land and put real food on our own table. What started as a family project quickly grew into something bigger when neighbors, friends, and the local community started asking if they could buy what we were raising. So we said yes.

We chose Berkshire and Blue Butt pigs for a reason. Berkshire is one of the oldest heritage breeds in the world, often called "the Wagyu of pork" for its exceptional marbling, rich flavor, and natural tenderness. According to the National Pork Board, Berkshire pork places first in 19 out of 20 quality traits including taste, tenderness, and moisture.
Blue Butt crosses bring excellent foraging ability, fast growth, and hybrid vigor that pairs perfectly with the Berkshire's superior meat quality. The result is pork that is darker in color, beautifully marbled, and unlike anything you will find in a grocery store. Our pigs are raised in a large dedicated pasture with plenty of room to root, roam, and be pigs. No confinement buildings, no growth hormones, no shortcuts. When it comes time for processing, we work with a USDA inspected facility to make sure every cut meets the highest standards.
Over 40 acres of pasture, a few miles of walking trails, and more to discover every day. We are building this property by hand and learning something new with every season.
We are a family operation building something for our community. From farm tours to future classes on canning, gardening, and regenerative farming, we want this place to be somewhere people come to learn, connect, and enjoy real food.
Our farm is home to more than pigs and chickens. You will also find Nutterbutter and Cowee Cowee (our mini Highland x Highpark cows, named by our kids), the friendliest goats you have ever met, and our two Colorado Mountain Dogs, Taco and Tequila, who keep everyone safe.
This year we raised 7 pigs and learned a ton. Next season we are scaling to 10 to 14 head. We are also finishing our pastures to bring in new animals for 2027, building out a large garden using regenerative growing methods, and developing our walking trails so we can start welcoming visitors to the property.
Down the road we plan to offer classes on our farm where people can learn things like how to can, how to plan a regenerative garden, and how we approach farming here at Bryant Creek Heights. We are not trying to be the biggest. We are trying to be the best at what we do, one season at a time.
