3. Pickup Policy

All orders are currently available for pickup only at our farm located at 1701 Sampson St, Conway, PA 15027. Pickup times will be coordinated via text after your order is placed. If you are unable to make your scheduled pickup, please reach out and we will work with you to arrange another time.

4. Refunds and Returns

Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. If you receive a product that is damaged or does not meet quality standards, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

5. Farm Experiences and Visits

Bryant Creek Heights offers farm animal experiences and visits by appointment or during scheduled events. All visitors participating in farm experiences are required to review and sign a liability waiver before their visit.

Farm experiences involve direct interaction with live animals and take place on working farmland. By visiting, you acknowledge that there are inherent risks associated with farm activities, including but not limited to contact with animals, uneven terrain, exposure to weather and outdoor elements, and potential allergens such as hay, dust, and animal dander.

All guests must follow the directions of Bryant Creek Heights staff at all times. Children must be accompanied and supervised by a parent or legal guardian. Sessions are limited in group size and Bryant Creek Heights reserves the right to end a session early if conduct guidelines are not followed.

Visitors may not bring outside food for the animals, pets, alcohol, or tobacco products onto the property. Only approved feed provided by Bryant Creek Heights may be given to the animals.

By participating in a farm experience, you grant Bryant Creek Heights permission to photograph or record your visit for use in marketing and promotional materials. If you prefer not to be photographed, please notify staff at the start of your session.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Bryant Creek Heights and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Bryant Creek Heights shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, the purchase of our products, or participation in farm activities. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product or service in question.

While we strive to accurately represent our products, AI-generated images may not always reflect the exact appearance, color, texture, or packaging of the actual product you receive.

We use AI imagery at times for speed and convenience and are always working to update our site with real photography. If you have any questions about a specific product's appearance, please contact us before placing your order.
