Waiver
Every adult and child signs a liability waiver. We send it ahead.
Group size
Small groups only. Up to eight for tours.
What we open the gate for
- Chore mornings. Gather eggs, refill waterers, meet the guardian dogs. About 90 minutes.
- Pig feedings. Late afternoon at the fence line. About 45 minutes.
- Small group tours. Walking tour of pasture, coop, and stand. About an hour, up to eight people.
- Order pickups. Scheduled by text after you order online.
We do not host weddings, private events, kids' parties, or overnight stays.
Why the waiver matters
A working farm carries real, inherent risk. Uneven ground, large animals, working dogs, machinery, weather. We require every visitor, adults and kids, to sign a liability waiver acknowledging those risks before you come down the drive.
It is short, written in plain English, and we send it with your booking confirmation. Bring a signed copy or sign one when you arrive.
