What is In Season at the Farmstand

    Back to Journal

Our farmstand is seasonal on purpose. Eggs are the constant, but honey, garden extras, and occasional specialty items rotate through the year.

    Year round

Chicken eggs, subject to seasonal supply.

    Spring (March through May)

Peak egg season, first greens, herbs starting, duck eggs beginning.

    Early summer (June through July)

Berries, snap peas, zucchini, fresh honey extraction, duck eggs consistent.

    Late summer (August)

Peak tomato season, cucumbers, peppers, basil in bulk.

    Fall (September through November)

Squash, apples, late tomatoes, egg production tapering during molt.

    Winter (December through February)

Eggs (reduced supply), honey, preserves, storage crops.
