Three tiers of freezer-ready heritage pork bundles, built to fit different households and different freezers. The Backyard Bundle is our starter, about six pounds of Berkshire and Blue Butt pork for a smaller family or a couple that cooks a couple of pork dinners a week. It includes chops, ground pork, thick-cut bacon, and sausage patties. The Cookout Bundle is the middle option and the one most households pick: about eleven pounds of pork plus a dozen pasture eggs, with more chops, more ground, spare ribs, and bacon. The BIG Bundle is our largest, seventeen pounds of pork plus eggs, sized for households that genuinely cook from the freezer every week. It adds a bone-in shoulder for the slow-cooker crowd and enough ground and sausage to last a season. Every bundle is USDA-processed at an inspected facility, vacuum-sealed, and frozen. Everything is from our own herd, raised on pasture in Conway, Pennsylvania. Nothing in a bundle is filler or sourced from another farm. Bundles are the honest way to sell whole-hog: no cut leaves the farm unless every cut has a customer, which is why the mix is what it is. Order online, then we text you to coordinate a pickup time at the farm. Local pickup only. Please have freezer room ready before you drive out; a small chest cooler and a couple of ice packs are enough for the ride home, but the food goes back in the freezer immediately.
