Every product is raised on our 40-acre farm in Conway, Pennsylvania, about 20 minutes northwest of Pittsburgh. We handle every animal ourselves and use a USDA-inspected processor for pork and chicken. Ordering is simple: place your order online, and we will text you to coordinate a pickup time at the farm. We do not ship and we do not deliver. That keeps prices honest and quality high. Our catalog is intentionally small. We sell what we raise on this land, in the season it is ready. Bacon runs out between butcher dates. Eggs peak in spring and summer and slow in winter. Chicken is a once-a-year presale. Duck eggs and honey are seasonal. Beef shares open in 2027 once the herd finishes. Nothing here is drop-shipped, sourced from a co-op, or bought wholesale and relabeled. If we did not raise it on Bryant Creek Heights, it is not on this page. Payment is card at checkout. Pickup is at the farm, coordinated by text to 412-491-9503 once your order is in.
